- The Cook-Off will take place at the Magdalen Project on 23rd January 2008. Four teams of three pupils will be selected for the Cook-Off. Each team is to be accompanied by one supervisory adult. Travel costs of 40p per mile will be covered for travel to and
from the Cook-Off. A £25 budget will be provided for the teams to purchase all their ingredients (this to be refunded at the Cook-Off). Dates and travel costs are not negotiable.
- The winning team from the Cook-Off will be invited to bring a maximum of 30 pupils and three supervisory adults to enjoy a fantastic weekend adventure at The Magdalen Project on the weekend of 9th-11th May 2008. A coach will be provided for the winners' use to and from The Magdalen Project. Dates and travel costs are not negotiable.
- While at The Magdalen Centre all participants shall be under the control of the
team at The Magdalen Project and shall adhere to all the rules and health and safety guidelines as stated by The Magdalen Project Team.
- Winners to take part in the Cook-Off will be notified by 10th December 2007.
- The overall winner will be announced at the Cook-Off.
- An independent panel of judges will select winners at each stage of the competition.
- All entries must be made using the printed entry form provided in the Food Face entry packs.
- Schools can enter as many teams of three as they wish.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for any late or incomplete entries.
- The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- No purchase necessary.
- This offer is open to UK resident children, between 7 and 11 years of age except
those belonging to employees of Dairy Crest, FACE, Year of Food and Farming, The Magdalen Project, their families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
