Endfield Farm is spread over 25 fields with 100 of its 210 acres dedicated to feed. The farm has two full time staff and uses contractors when required
The land has been passed for organic since 1999 with organic dairy production starting only recently in January of 2007

John is constantly putting back the hedgerows on the farm to provide good shelter for the cattle and to make it easier to contain them in smaller pastures
The smaller pastures also makes it easier to rotate the cattle through the fields maintaining the quality of the grazing for the herd
