Stagg's Farm is not only home to Roger Barrington and his dairy herd, but it also has 25% of its land designated as having special scientific or environmental interest

This is because of the rare plants that are in some of the fields and the farm's location close to The Somerset Levels

Roger has a rather large Holstein Bull which can be a bit of a handful and requires the tractor to herd him back into his pen

He has been organic for a long time because he believes that in the long run it will be a more sustainable way to farm
