Waldegrave Farms Ltd is a tenant farm run by Penny Wiseman and Robert Loxton. Their conversion to organic was inspired by William and Caroline Waldegrave's interest in organic food and the environment.


Caroline owns Leiths School of Food and Wine

Waldegarve Farm is 70% self sufficient for grain. 300 acres are planted with Red Clover which is harvested 3 times/year


They have a high input/output model resulting in an average 7,500 litres per cow per year although pre organic they used to achieve 9,000 litres per year
